Pastor Letter

ID000026Dear Parents, Guardians, and Friends;
I want to thank you for your interest in St. Boniface Catholic School. As Superintendent and Pastor I encourage you to look at what our school has to offer.

When you child was baptized, a promise was made to bring them up in the faith and give them every opportunity to grow. It is the goal of our school to not only continue “the good work you have begun” in your children, but also to raise them to be leaders, not just in the business and professional world, but in the world of Faith and Commitment as well.

We live in a world where Faith and Morals have slipped off the charts and the world has become the judge of what is good, right, and just according to “what feels good” and “what is best for me” even if it is contrary to the Gospel taught by Jesus Christ.

I (We) at St. Boniface believe that our children deserve better. Join me in continuing to build on a school that not only preaches Gospel values, but tries to live them out as well.

This does not mean that we are without our challenges, because we know that attempting to live a good moral life means we are going to have to work hard at keeping and improving on what we do.

I can assure you that my door is always open and that everyone in the school community is willing to help and welcome you with open arms. Even though St. Boniface School is connected to St. Boniface Church, our school is a ministry to all area Catholics and others who believe that a Christian education is essential for raising leaders that are not only accountable to themselves and each other, but accountable to God as well.

Join us as we strive to give your children the education, formation, and skills necessary to live good and faithful lives centered on faith, inspired by the Gospel to nurture the seeds you entrust to us that they may yield good and bountiful fruit.

Sincerely in Christ,
Fr. David L. Ritchie
